We currently ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If your order is under 1 lb, we will ship via USPS First Class. If your order is over 1 lb, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We ship to all 50 states. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside of the United States.

Note: We do not sell the 1.5 oz bags individually. They are only sold in packs of 5.

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders shipped to a US address will usually take about 5-10 business days to be delivered, depending on the distance from our location here in City of Industry, CA. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, which you can use to track your order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you is only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You may be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Canceled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.



Food items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there was a fulfillment error made by Chinese Brand Beef Jerky. No refunds. All sales are final.
